You can use this oil to moisturize, replenish and even cook with! Here are the top 5 uses that we find coconut oil to be beneficial.

  1. Face and Body Moisturizer
    Get more hydration from coconut oil then from your everyday lotion by apply coconut oil to your body before bed and after a shower. If you rub a little bit of coconut oil between your hands, you will immediately notice how incredibly moisturizing it feels on your skin. Coconut oil helps remove dead and rough skin,while providing a full body glow.
  1. Hair Mask
    If it works so well on your skin, why would it be any different for your hair! Use heated cocnut oil on clean damp hair to get that silky texture you see in commercials!  Start by heating up about 3 to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil in the microwave, and apply after it cools. Sleep with the oil in your hair, and wash your hair in the morning! NOTE: Put on a plastic shower cap or an old T-shirt on your head while you sleep. Also, because coconut oil is so natural there is no need to worry about clogging your pours if any transfers to your face.
